2018 Pinot Noir
This SIX26 Pinot Noir is packed with bright and juicy notes of black cherries, plums, clove, and subtle hints of orange meringue. This wine finishes off the palate with velvety tannins and essence of sweet toasty oak. The grapes were traditionally fermented until dry in stainless steel tanks. Roughly 50% were sent to oak barrels for secondary fermentation and aged between 8-12 months. The other 50% completed its secondary fermentation and aged in stainless steel tanks. This SIX26 Pinot Noir is ready to enjoy now or within the next seven to ten years.
